About the Role

As a Cost Planning Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our cost management team in delivering exceptional services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the production of order of cost estimates and cost plans, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. You will also assist in supervising junior staff members and contribute to business innovation and knowledge initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Coordination of cost estimate and cost plan production
• Supervision of junior staff members
• Supply chain engagement
• Budget reconciliations
• Proactive attendance at design team meetings
• Tender document preparation
• Negotiation and contract preparation
• Cost reporting
• Preparation of order of cost estimates
• Contribution to business innovation and knowledge initiatives

**Required Qualities:**
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and quality assurance understanding
• High standards of literacy and numeracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
