Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

Responsive Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management structure, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technical operations across our company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage technical systems to achieve BRC Grade A certification and pass grades for other certifying bodies.
  • Ensure product quality, food safety, and staff training in key areas to satisfy customer expectations.
  • Lead the technical and quality assurance team, coordinating efforts to meet customer demands.
  • Host site audits and conduct food and safety-related inspections.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in technology, legislation, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of technical operations and good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve safety compliance matters.
