Psychology Graduate Support Specialist

Are you a motivated and ambitious Psychology Graduate looking to gain practical experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school-based environment? Ribbons & Reeves, London's leading Education Recruiters, are seeking a highly qualified Russell Group Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Russell Group Psychology Graduate who holds a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a top 20 university to work under the guidance of an experienced SENCo. You will be responsible for implementing work programmes for students with additional learning needs, providing support through 1:1 and small group sessions. This role is ideal for those who want to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people while gaining valuable experience in a school setting.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 2:1 degree from a top 20 university
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with children and adults
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
