Senior Companion Care Worker

We are seeking skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in Welwyn & Hatfield. Key Responsibilities
Our Care Assistants provide a range of services to support our clients, including:
- Bathing and personal care, assisting with toilet and continence issues.
- Meal preparation and light housework.
- Assisting with mobility and keeping active.
- Medication reminders.
- Running errands and accompanying on trips and social events.
Our clients have varying needs, and our staff work from individual care plans to ensure an optimum service.
Requirements
To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- The right to work in the UK.
- A minimum of 20-30 hours availability per week, including alternate weekends.
What We Offer

- A competitive salary ranging from £12.00-£14.00 per hour.
- Mileage reimbursement at a rate of £0.30 per mile increasing to £0.45 per mile when accompanied by a client.
