About the Role

We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team at an independent practice in Castle Cary, Somerset. This is a permanent position available immediately, with notice periods taken into consideration.

Job Description

  • This is a full-time position, with flexibility to work 4 days per week.
  • The practice operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
  • There are 5000-6000 UDAs available, with a rate of £12-£12.50 per UDA.
  • The lab bills and private fees are split 50/50.
  • You will inherit an existing patient list, providing good private potential.
  • The ideal candidate is a general dentist practitioner with all private skill sets welcome.
  • The practice has 4 surgeries, equipped with air-conditioned facilities, extraction fans, computerised systems, digital X-rays, rotary endo, and dental hygiene support.
  • A qualified dental nurse and stable, experienced dental team are also part of the setup.
  • Parking is available near the practice.
  • Mentorship is provided for ORE dentists, with a requirement for GDC registration.

Requirements

  • All candidates must be registered with the GDC and hold an active Performer Number.
  • An Enhanced DBS certificate will be required on request.
