Job Requirements

As a member of our team at Cedar Care Homes, you will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. We are looking for someone who is available to work a variety of shifts, including full-time and part-time hours.

Shift Pattern

We operate a combination of long days, typically 7:30am – 7:30pm. You will be required to work a combination of these shifts.

Job Role

You will be assisting the cook in the preparation and serving of meals, as well as maintaining the kitchen and kitchen equipment. This is a great opportunity to develop your culinary skills and work as part of a team.

Experience

We are looking for someone with experience in some or all of the following areas:

Qualifications

All training will be provided, so you don't need to have any prior qualifications. However, previous kitchen or catering experience would be an advantage.

Work Experience

You will be required to follow policies and procedures, and have good verbal communication skills. You should also be able to adapt well to working independently and in a team.

Skills and Abilities
