HR Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Rockfield Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resource support, developing and executing company policies and procedures, and providing HR and employment law advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Provide HR and employment law advice to management and staff
  • Support the development and execution of company policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
  • Conduct performance management and development planning
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a dynamic and growing business
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Ability to build strong relationships with management and staff
