SISL Global is looking for a talented Global IT Service Desk Officer to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional onsite IT support and services to all users of our client.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a focus on end-user experience. They will be required to perform on-site IT services and support, including walk-in and on-site support, as well as supporting local IT infrastructure and maintaining inventory of equipment.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This role requires a minimum of 3-6 years of IT support related experience and a degree in IT/Computer Science or a relevant field. Fluency in oral and written English is essential, and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and ticket handling is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site IT services and support, including walk-in and on-site support
  • Support local IT infrastructure
  • Maintain inventory of equipment
  • Record all support incidents in Service-Now and work towards achieving response and resolution KPIs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-6 years of IT support related experience
  • Degree in IT/Computer Science or a relevant field
  • Fluency in oral and written English
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and ticket handling
