Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire bid process, from initial proposal development to final submission. Key duties include:

  1. Developing high-quality tender documents, including ITTs, PQQs, and RFIs.
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and compelling content.
  3. Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's business practices and standards.
  4. Managing timelines and deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
  5. Reviewing and editing proposals to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • Proven experience in bid writing or bid management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and desktop publishing packages.
