As a Community Care Assistant with Randstad Care, you'll work in a variety of settings, including Mental Health, Substance Misuse, Autism, Elderly Mental Health, and services for individuals with Physical and/or Learning Disabilities. You'll support individuals directly, helping them make positive changes and connect with their communities.

Our Community Care Assistants enjoy competitive pay rates, starting at £17 per hour, and the opportunity to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays. You'll also receive comprehensive training with industry-standard courses supported by online learning, as well as assistance with SSSC registration and ongoing support from a dedicated Randstad consultant and team.

To be successful in this role, you'll need previous experience working with adults in a care setting, registration under the PVG scheme, a full driving license, and SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
