About the Role

This £24 per hour assignment rate position involves delivering high-quality patient care in community settings, including residential care facilities and private homes.

Key Tasks:
  • Conducting home visits to assess and manage patient needs
  • Providing wound management and treatment
  • Administering medications and managing medication regimes
  • Delivering end-of-life care and symptom control services
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • RGN qualified/NMC registered with valid live PIN
  • Recent UK nursing experience
  • Community/District nursing experience
