Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Full Time Retail Sales Advisor to join our team in Newcastle. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, promoting, and selling Swatch products to end consumers. You'll be expected to meet sales targets and contribute to the success of our store.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:

• A positive and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Adaptability and the ability to build strong working relationships within a small team
• A willingness to learn about Swatch products and gain a technical understanding of our ranges

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

• Previous experience in retail and/or fashion accessories
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Experience dealing with international customers
• Proficiency in multiple languages
• Commercial focus with a desire to exceed sales targets
