Job Title: Carer (Community)

About the Role

We are seeking a caring and empathetic individual to join our 0-19 team as a Carer (Community). As a valued member of our team, you will provide support to local children, young people, and families, making a positive impact on their lives.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop new skills, gain experience in various settings, and be part of a friendly community. You will have the chance to meet new people, receive ongoing support, and contribute to the well-being of our community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic support to families receiving assistance from Family Action and the wider Stockton on Tees Partnership.
  • Attend face-to-face training sessions to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills for this role.
  • Participate in regular meetings with your supervisor to discuss challenges and progress.
