**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Education Platforms Technical Support Specialist to join our team at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital. As a key member of our Technology Enhanced Learning Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our education platforms and technical architecture models.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, supporting, and continuously improving the technical architecture models and their lower-level components. This will involve working closely with our Support Leads to ensure coordination and alignment of business requirements and transformation, technologies, applications, and data perspectives with relevant policies, strategies, governance, and technology.
You will also be involved in TEL projects, assisting the Platform Team with user registration for the NHS Digital Cyber Security Programme, testing e-learning content, and validating user account bulk upload data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, support, and continuously improve the technical architecture models and their lower-level components.
- Work closely with our Support Leads to ensure coordination and alignment of business requirements and transformation, technologies, applications, and data perspectives with relevant policies, strategies, governance, and technology.
- Involvement in TEL projects.
- Assist the Platform Team with the registration of users for the NHS Digital Cyber Security Programme.
- Test e-learning content and record results via appropriate test sheet/document.
- Send, receive, and validate user account bulk upload data from organisations in line with secure transfer policy.
- Liaise with local administrators and set required reporting permissions.
- Deal with subsequent queries on report data and user access in conjunction with the rest of the Platform Team via email, support tickets, and Live Chat.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and opportunities for professional development.
