The Role
We seek a skilled Client Account Manager to join our team, offering a unique opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and own our Insurance Practice. This role involves managing accounts and relationships, building out the practice area, and hiring to support business growth and contribute directly to Albany Beck's growth strategy.
This high-impact, entrepreneurial role blends client engagement with leadership and strategy, providing exposure to exciting, high-profile projects across insurance, financial services, and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships across insurance and public sectors.
- Build trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and ensuring effective solutions delivery.
- Take ownership of your practice area, driving its success and expansion.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to support client delivery and growth objectives.
Requirements
We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial professional with:
- Proven success in client-facing account management, ideally within insurance or public sectors.
- Proven experience in building and managing a pipeline of client opportunities.
- Proven expertise engaging with internal Subject Matter Experts and Delivery Teams to create bespoke solutions for clients.
- Ability to manage and win business through statements of work (SoW).
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience
