About the Role:

GSL Education - Southampton is seeking a dedicated and passionate Supporting Education Professional to join our team at one of our exceptional mainstream primary schools near Chichester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under the guidance of an experienced teacher to support children with their learning.
  • Help create a nurturing and inclusive environment where each child can thrive and flourish.
  • Support children with 1:1 reading and work with small groups of KS1 or KS2 children through targeted interventions.
  • Support teachers in assessing student progress and providing informative feedback to pupils.
  • Safeguarding will be your number one priority, ensuring the welfare of the children.

Requirements:

  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
  • Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
