About the Role:

The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various projects to improve the overall performance of our plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to meet business objectives and improve plant efficiency.
  • Lead project teams and ensure the delivery of final installations, equipment, and assets to the plant.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement projects to increase plant efficiency and productivity.
  • Enhance safety and compliance by ensuring projects are executed safely and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions and advance business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of proven project execution experience in the chemical process industry.
  • Experience with project management, installation, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to negotiate and problem-solve.
  • Proficiency in Office365, ERP SAP software, and project management software.
  • Experience with DCS (Emerson Delta V) or other similar plant control systems.
