The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy that aligns with our vision, ensuring scalable infrastructure to support business growth.
  • Integration & Transformation: Lead the seamless integration of IT systems and infrastructure across newly acquired businesses, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compatibility.
  • Project Delivery: Manage the end-to-end delivery of high-impact IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are consistently met.
  • IT Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable, and future-proof IT infrastructure that drives performance and business continuity.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Tech Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance operations, boost productivity, and create competitive advantages.
  • Vendor Management: Develop strong vendor relationships, negotiating contracts to maximize value and ensure optimal return on IT investments.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure our data security and privacy protocols are industry-leading and compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to safeguard operations.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role with a track record of driving successful IT transformations.
  • Strong expertise in building, managing, and scaling IT infrastructures, including security, networking, and cloud solutions.
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and system integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop IT teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • A strategic mindset, with a focus on leveraging technology to deliver business results.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and experience with budget management.
