About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Precision Medicine efforts and drive strategic growth. As a Director Data Management at GSK, you will play a key role in developing new partnerships with external companies to progress precision medicine. You will lead cross-functional teams through evaluation and due diligence to support new opportunities and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and recommend external companies to support novel technologies in precision medicine.
  • Develop strategies that require systematic deployment of PM solutions to accommodate the competitive landscape in PM.
  • Cultivate and grow GSK Precision Medicine partnerships with diagnostic and technology platform developers.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience and 5+ years of precision medicine experience. You should have experience in diagnostics, drug development, commercial processes, and the application of PM/CDx tools. Previous scientific background to communicate specialty medical, scientific, and business information and experience working with internal & external stakeholders is essential. Strong data analytical skills and ability to ascertain salient points from large amounts of information are required. Experience in strategic leadership, building commitment for current and future needs based on analysis of priorities, opportunities, and risks is also necessary.
