At Protocol Education, we are currently seeking a dedicated SEND teacher to work in a school in Wandsworth. This role is perfect for qualified SEND teachers who are passionate about transforming the lives of vulnerable learners.
This position involves working with children and young people with a variety of learning needs, specifically Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH), in a creative, flexible, and holistic manner to raise their engagement and improve their educational journey.

Responsibilities:
- Planning engaging and effective teaching sessions.
- Providing holistic and individualized support to students with SEMH needs.
- Completing lesson reports and providing feedback on student progress.
Requirements:
- Professional teaching qualifications (QTS, QTLS, PGCE, B.Ed, PTLLS, DTLLS, CELTA).
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience.
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Two professional references.
