Grounds Maintenance Operative Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services to clients throughout the local area.
  • Work within a team to carry out activities such as grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, and flower bed maintenance.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and perform day-to-day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.

Requirements:

  • Be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Hold a full valid UK Driving License.
  • A willingness to learn and openness to training.
  • Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service.
  • Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role is desirable.
