Reporting to the Capability Development Manager, you'll work closely with our Talent & Capability team to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor contracts, supporting learning invoicing, and providing administrative support for learning management requests. Key Accountabilities
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of learning services.
- Support learning invoicing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide administrative support for learning management requests, including course creation, participant management, and attendance tracking.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all new learning requests, triaging and delegating tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the Talent & Capability team to deliver high-quality learning experiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
