Substance Misuse Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Substance Misuse Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Risley, a Category C men's prison in Warrington, Cheshire.
This exciting opportunity offers a chance to make a real difference in the lives of individuals affected by substance misuse. As a Bank Substance Misuse Nurse, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, deliver evidence-based treatment options, and provide emotional support to patients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience working with clients with complex needs. A passion for delivering high-quality patient care, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.
A competitive hourly rate of £48 per hour, depending on experience, will be offered. In addition to a comprehensive induction program, including our Introducing Health in Justice training course, you will have access to a competency framework, regional and national career development opportunities, and a bespoke Learning Management System to support your ongoing professional development.
