The Role
- Dismantle and clean each module, identifying damaged parts and sourcing replacements as needed.
- Reassemble repaired modules to a high standard.
- Test completed modules according to company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies at all times.
- Meet company productivity targets in your section.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
The Person:
- Some mechanical experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
- A motivated and self-driven individual who thrives under pressure.
- A confident communicator and skilled problem-solver.
- Able to work methodically and efficiently.
- Quick to adapt to new skills and tasks.
- Excellent team working skills and ability to work independently.
- Able to follow strict health and safety guidelines and quality procedures consistently.
- Flexible and willing to work as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
£24,000 (increasing to £24,500 after successful completion of probation) + 25 days holiday + Pension + Life Assurance + EAP + other company benefits.
