- Production Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet targets and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

- Monitor production processes, adjusting schedules as needed to address changes in demand or operational challenges, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.

- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure all safety requirements are followed, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
- Collaborate with the SHEQ Manager to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, implementing lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
- Work with engineering and maintenance teams to address equipment issues and optimize production processes.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports on production performance, providing insights for process improvements.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to optimize performance.
- Ensure all production documentation is up to date and properly filed, maintaining a transparent and auditable record of production activities.
- Personal Attributes:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve optimal performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
