Job Role: Senior Occupational Health Manager
Reporting to: Group SHEQ Director
Location: Hybrid / Home - 2/3 days, nationwide and Head Office travel 2/3 Days
We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Health Manager to lead our occupational health and wellbeing strategy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement occupational health and wellbeing policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in occupational health and wellbeing management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the management team.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
