About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales of our market-leading skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client feels valued, respected, and connected
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide personalized recommendations and solutions
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a visually appealing shopping environment and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling
