Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Trowbridge. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, while also contributing to the day-to-day supervision and management of our residential service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors
  • Assist with supervision, medication management, and financial support
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive environment

Requirements:
