About the Role
Are you an ambitious and creative chef looking to take your culinary skills to the next level? As a 2nd Chef at our esteemed Waterbeach Lodge, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents. With a competitive salary of £14.98 per hour, you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

Responsibilities
As a 2nd Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will also be involved in menu planning, food costing, and stock control.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, as well as experience in a similar chef role. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
