Inventory Controls Specialist II

As a key member of our Instrument and Enterprise Services team, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on a global scale. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving innovation in the field of inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze inventory usage rates and needs to determine ideal stock distribution strategies
- Coordinate with Procurement and Planning teams to identify inventory issues and enable resolution
- Build and analyze large-scale inventory reports
- Leverage and expand usage of existing tools to automate re-balancing and analysis
- Analyze and create varying reports to include: open-order, stock-out, quantity variance, and expired
- Follow and establish well-defined procedures such as Best Practices, SOPs & work instructions
- Promotes personal growth and development by staying abreast of new policies and improvements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of dynamic proven experience in applicable field within Supply Chain
- Ability to present and articulate points by verbal and written communications
- Ability to establish and champion positive warehouse relationships
