Job Overview

Science Teacher Role

GSL Education is seeking a qualified Science Teacher to join our team of educators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging science lessons to students at various levels, ensuring they meet the requirements for GCSEs and A-Levels.
  • Student Progress Monitoring: Assess and monitor student progress, adapting lessons to meet individual needs and abilities.
  • Classroom Environment: Maintain a motivating and interactive classroom environment that fosters a deep understanding of scientific principles and discoveries.
  • Scientific Activities and Projects: Participate in and organize scientific activities and projects that promote student engagement and learning.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in science.
  • Teaching Experience: Experience in teaching Science at secondary level.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the current curriculum and assessment methods.
  • Passion for Science and Education: A genuine passion for science and education, with a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
