About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HGV Class 1 ADR Driver to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering products to internal and external customers, filling and analyzing tankers and high-pressure trailers, and performing minor repairs to vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Excellence: Safely transport products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Tanker Operations: Fill and analyze tankers and high-pressure trailers, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform minor repairs to vehicles using basic tools, ensuring optimal vehicle condition.
  • Logistics Coordination: Couple and uncouple motive units, towing vehicles from tankers and trailers, and coordinating logistics operations.
  • Travel and Accommodation: Regularly work away from base, including overnight stays, and adhere to company travel policies.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications: Possess an HGV C+E license for a minimum of 3 years, DQC (AKA CPC), and ADR 'Class 2' entitlement in tanks.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate a high level of safety awareness, personal integrity, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Driving Record: Have no more than 3 penalty points on your driving license and a good understanding of EU and WTD tachograph legislation.
