Company Overview
Tay Associates Ltd is a leading Investment Bank based in Central London. We offer a range of financial services to our clients, including asset wealth management, private equity, and investment banking.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Corporate Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Investment Bank and gain valuable experience in financial services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a large team on a full-time basis, with duties including diary and travel management on a global scale, processing expenses, and document management etc.

This is an office-based role that requires someone who is confident, proactive, conscientious, and hardworking. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Asset Wealth Management, Private Equity, or Investment banking.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in financial services
* Experience in Asset Wealth Management, Private Equity, or Investment banking
* Extensive diary management experience for multiple individuals
* Ability to schedule across time zones
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* High degree of business acumen
* Stress-resistant whilst under pressure
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Professionalism and awareness of corporate surroundings
* Intermediate experience of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
