About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Vehicle Progressor at Lookers Ford / HUB South Shields. As a key member of our Sales and Aftersales team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our used car online showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph and load sale-ready cars onto our online showroom daily, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Take and load CitNOW videos for our customers, showcasing our vehicles in the best possible light.
- Organize vehicles on site to create an attractive and welcoming environment for customers.
- Collect and deliver vehicles from and to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Maintain both the digital and physical site to a high standard, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in the Used Car prep process and aid with Motability claims, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of social media for business purposes. Prior experience in a fast-paced premium environment is desirable, but not essential. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
