Job Title: Parts Office Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Office Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in receiving and organising vehicle parts
- Supporting the parts team with administrative tasks
- Communicating with suppliers and customers
- Logging and updating parts inventory
- Processing orders and handling paperwork
- Learning how to source and order parts
- Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
- Ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace
Requirements:
- GCSEs A-C or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of vehicle parts (helpful but not essential)
- Organisational skills and time management
