Job Title: Parts Office Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Office Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in receiving and organising vehicle parts
  • Supporting the parts team with administrative tasks
  • Communicating with suppliers and customers
  • Logging and updating parts inventory
  • Processing orders and handling paperwork
  • Learning how to source and order parts
  • Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
  • Ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace

Requirements:

  • GCSEs A-C or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle parts (helpful but not essential)
  • Organisational skills and time management
