Lead Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our nursery team at Kids Planet George Eliot.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained, while promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for our children and staff.
As a natural leader, you will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and inspiring your team to achieve their best.
You will be responsible for implementing our nursery’s policies and procedures, managing staff performance and developing their skills to meet the needs of our children.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the nursery team to deliver high-quality childcare and education
- Implementing and maintaining the nursery’s policies and procedures
- Developing and managing staff training and development plans
- Ensuring the nursery meets all regulatory requirements and standards
- Managing staff performance and conduct
