Quantity Surveying Career Path
In our Industry Placements programme, we're seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for supporting project validation and cost management activities, including validating actual costs, providing cost assurance, and reviewing early warning notices.

**Job Description:**
We're looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent analytical skills to support our team in various tasks related to project validation and cost management. This includes tender activities, audit of subcontractors' works, invoice reconciliation, and cost value report appraisal. If you have a passion for quantity surveying and want to gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting, this is an ideal opportunity for you.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be in your penultimate year at University, on track to achieve a minimum 2:2 in a Quantity Surveying degree discipline. You'll also need to commit to a 12-month industrial placement that will begin in June and be eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting. A valid full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for your time on programme are also required.

**Benefits:**
This role offers a competitive starting salary of £24,109, 26 days holiday, and the chance to land a place on our Graduate Programme subject to your performance during your placement. **Estimated Salary Range: £24,109 - £28,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
