Responsibilities:

  1. Assist residents with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation.
  2. Follow individualized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  3. Build strong relationships with residents and their families to provide emotional support and companionship.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months' experience in caring for older adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to delivering care.
  • The ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.

Salary:

£22,500 per annum, plus benefits.
