Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Radiology Department at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Radiology Systems Team Support Specialist.

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to assist with the support offered to the Trust to manage and maintain the Radiology Information Systems and to assist with local and regional projects.

The successful applicant will join a close working team to provide a high-quality service to system users and to perform maintenance and housekeeping tasks to ensure maximum use of the systems with minimal downtime.

Main Duties of the Job

  • Carry out system administration, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks such as correction of images.
  • Deal with general enquiries both in person, email, and phone.
  • Carry out data quality checks and ensures accuracy between the different systems.
  • Provides support and training to users within the Trust.

Person Specification

Knowledge and Skills

  • Previous experience of working with IT systems.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Excellent data quality.

Qualifications

  • Level 1 in Maths/English or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent demonstrable experience.

Experience

  • Computer literacy and data quality.
