About the Role
Brandon James is seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join its team in North London. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for managing projects independently, carrying out Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments on various projects, including private blocks, offices, retail, and hi-rise. The successful candidate will have 1+ years of experience, ideally with site visits for type 1-4 risk assessments, and preferably with retail and commercial experience. The role requires the ability to identify solutions to fire safety-related problems and support the preparation of documents, policies, and procedures. Brandon James is a rapidly expanding consultancy based in North London, seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join its team. The company has recently won a big contract in the North London area and would like to have a Fire Risk Assessor regionally located to assist with projects in London.
Requirements
• 1+ Years experience• Ideally visited sites to do type 1-4 risk assessments (Training Provided)• Preferably with Retail and commercial• Experience with identifying solutions to Fire safety-related problems• Ability to support the preparation of documents, policies, and procedures• Interest in career progression in the risk assessment industry
