Job Title: Sales Specialist - Commission Only

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Mindverse Consulting Services. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for winning staffing deals within your designated business territory.

Responsibilities & Duties:

* Monitor the company's competitors, market conditions, and trends
* Identify customer industry-specific needs
* Share information with the peer team within the company
* Work independently on a commission-only basis
* Utilize your existing network to feed two dedicated recruiters with opportunities
* Cross-sell our other products/services to customers as relevant
* Set and communicate your own targets to the team
* Receive recurring commission on every deal closed

Essential Skills:

* Strong background in sales, particularly remote sales
* Good network of potential customers
* Self-motivated with a passion for person-centric sales
* Understanding of legal aspects of contracts and permanent staffing
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Minimum understanding of modern IT landscape
* Registered as self-employed with HMRC and own VAT, TAX, and Bank Account

Nice to Have Skills:

* Depth of network to feed two recruiters with opportunities

Background Check Required:

* Citizen of the United Kingdom
* Registered with HMRC as self-employed
* VAT, TAX, and Bank Accounts

Benefits:

* Recurring commission on every deal, including renewals
* Potential to earn between £72,000.00 and £100,000.00 per year

Additional Assessment:

* Initial Interview - Screening Purpose
* Final Interview - To make offer and acceptance

* Technical competence - 70%
* Depth of business network - 30%
