Care and Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Standguide, based in Hull. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with specific health and wellbeing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver group training sessions on alcohol reduction and other health wellbeing areas.
- Support the Operations/Business Manager in developing relationships and referral pathways with local health providers.
- Provide one-to-one support for staff members, enhancing their knowledge and awareness of Health and Wellbeing.
- Create Health & Wellbeing plans for participants.
- Support Employment Advisors in their work with clients.
Requirements:
- Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum qualification.
- Teaching/Coaching/Mentoring qualification or experience.
- Previous experience working with individuals claiming income support and incapacity benefit.
- Full UK driving license for travel requirements.
