About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Governance Lead to join our team at SPG Resourcing. As a key member of our UW Standards & Governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory adherence for all products throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the annual review plan to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain the product register and review dashboard to track product performance
  • Submit change and proposition forms to ensure timely updates
  • Analyse product performance and compile governance reports to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Conduct teams to address regulatory requirements
  • Gather product governance metrics from various sources, including Tableau and SQL
  • Create and update the product register and annual review dashboard to reflect changing product landscapes
  • Analyse Performance: Support Projects: Create bespoke reports for ad-hoc projects and governance deep dives
Requirements
  • Experience with MS Excel and Power BI
  • Commercial or insurance experience in governance, operations, or underwriting
