**Job Summary:
A highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator is required to join a prestigious client in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing employee payroll and handling various HR-related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, as well as knowledge of payroll laws and regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly successful business on an initial temporary basis.
The company offers hybrid working, which typically includes 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing and processing employee payroll and handling various HR-related tasks.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing and processing employee payroll
- Calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
- Handling payroll discrepancies and resolving errors
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Preparing and submitting payroll reports
- Maintaining accurate payroll records
- Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions
