Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Development Specialist to join our team at the University of Birmingham. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of research, teaching, and engagement in the School of Law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of teaching and assessment programs
  • Supervise and examine PhD students
  • Develop and advise on learning and teaching tasks and methods
  • Contribute to research initiatives and projects
  • Participate in departmental and school-level administration

Requirements

  • PhD in a relevant field
  • Extensive research and teaching experience
  • Proven ability to devise, advise on, and manage learning and research
  • Ability to contribute to school and departmental management processes
