Exciting Opportunity for a Welder to Transition into Teaching

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team as a full-time Instructor/Teacher Trainer. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to move off the tools and work with the next generation of Welders and Fabricators, guiding and mentoring them through their apprenticeships while enjoying a great work-life balance and a brilliant pension scheme.

This role will suit a Welder looking to transition into a teaching role, working with apprentices to pass their apprenticeship and gain a BTEC qualification. You will receive full training in teaching and further industry qualifications, allowing you to become a recognized training specialist and progress your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and instruction in welding principles
  • Work with apprentices to pass their apprenticeship and gain a BTEC qualification
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Welder
  • Desire to move into a teaching role
