  • Safely Operate 7.5 Tonne Vehicle: Ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines.
  • Complete Deliveries and Collections: Adhere to scheduled routes and timelines.
  • Transport Goods Safely: Ensure all goods are transported securely and efficiently.
  • Conduct Vehicle Inspections: Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections of the vehicle.
  • Adhere to Traffic Laws: Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with the logistics team and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Valid Full UK Driving Licence: Clean driving record required.
  • Valid CPC: Required for the role.
  • Valid Tacho Card: Essential for the position.
  • Proven Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Good Understanding of Traffic Laws: Familiarity with traffic laws and regulations.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Collaborate with the team as needed.
