Digital Renewals Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Requisition and Budget Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth execution of our digital renewals and procurements processes.
Key Responsibilities- Track and monitor service and software renewals across Thames Digital, ensuring timely completion within agreed timescales.
- Record and save all renewal and request information to audit repository standards.
- Collaborate with internal control, purchasing, and compliance areas to resolve issues and queries.
- Proactively resolve issues with vendors regarding payments, purchase orders, and company name changes.
- Manage and update Opex cost centre budget forecasts in a proactive and accurate manner.
- Support the finance lead in maintaining high financial control standards.
- Capture and input all information related to renewals and new requests into SAP, creating and issuing purchase orders.
- A digital mindset, open to collaboration, risk, and new ways of working.
- Obsession with data and excellence.
- Ability to think and behave differently, with a focus on delivering results.
- Previous experience in administration, with a focus on data accuracy and financial standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
- Competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Annual leave - 24 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 with length of service.
