1. Learn and apply MIG welding and press brake processes, developing expertise in fabrication techniques
2. Work independently, taking responsibility for tasks and projects
3. Analyze drawings and identify potential issues, ensuring high-quality outcomes
4. Meet project specifications, demonstrating attention to detail and quality standards
5. Operate all necessary workshop tools, maintaining proficiency and adapting to new technologies
6. Maintain a safe working environment, following established safety protocols
