Job Summary:
Woodrow Mercer Tech is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our IT team and drive strategic initiatives forward. As a key figure within our IT department, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT Support Team, guaranteeing the availability and optimal performance of our ERP system, and leading the implementation and execution of all IT infrastructure change projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the IT Support Team
• Guarantee the availability and optimal performance of the ERP system and other critical business applications
• Lead the implementation and execution of all IT infrastructure change projects
• Provide strategic and tactical input into the direction of IT services and infrastructure
• Develop and enforce IT and cybersecurity processes to safeguard the business, enhance resilience, and maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT management
• Previous experience in a technical, user-facing IT role
• ITIL Certification
• Proficiency with current Microsoft Windows operating systems for both desktops and servers
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, and Entral ID/Active Directory administration

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including non-contributory private healthcare and critical illness cover. You will also receive access to a generous contributory pension plan and gain life insurance coverage equivalent to three times your salary. In addition, you will have the opportunity to utilize an employee assistance program for support when needed.
